*ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা
পেমেন্ট কনফার্ম হওয়ার ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে “সাব্বির অনলাইন শপ” কাস্টমারের প্রদত্ত ঠিকানায় কুরিয়ায় বুকিং করে থাকে, কাস্টমার কোন কারনে ভূল  ঠিকানা প্রদান করলে বা কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের কোন সমস্যা বা জটিলতার জন্য কাস্টমার পন্য পেতে দেড়ি হলে এর দ্বায়ভার “সাব্বির অনলাইন শপ” গ্রহন করে না ।

পন্যের গুনগত মান সঠিক না থাকলে, ১০০% মানিব্যাক গ্যারান্টি তবে, ডেলিভারি রিসিভ করার ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজ এবং হেল্পলাইন নাম্বারে রিটার্ন রিকোয়েস্ট করে ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে পন্যফেরত করতে হবে । অর্ডার করার সময় যে ডিজিটাল মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণ করা হয়েছিলো ঐ মাধ্যমেই আবার রিফান্ড সম্পূর্ণ করা হবে ।

*বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা
“সাব্বির অনলাইন শপ” যে সকল ধরনের প্রোডাক্টস সেল করে থাকে তার বেশির ভাগ প্রোডাক্টস এর কোন ওয়্যারেন্টি প্রযেজ্য নয়,তবে ইলেক্ট্রনিক্স পন্যের ক্ষেত্রে পন্য অনুযায়ী ৬ মাস থেকে ১ বছরের বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা প্রদান করা হয় ।
